1) Paint a french manicure
2) Add a silver smile line
3) Add some rhinestones (I used 1 large and 2 smaller) and 5 silver bullions
4) Finish with top coat.
When using rhinestones or other larger decals, I would suggest using a small drop of glue to adhere it to the nail.
Here's another one.
1) Paint nail pink
2) Add white tip
3) Add rhinestone to form a smile line
4) Finish with top coat
This design is very easy to do and rhinestones can be substituted with any form of nail decals.
Smaller rhinestones looks amazing when done in this design.

This is a really nice take on the traditional french tip! Makes me want to go back to basics almost:P
