Recently, I had the opportunity to review some of the new Milani Liquid-Like and Eye Tech Bold eyeliners.  I have to say that I enjoyed them so much that they are some of my go-to eyeliners.  They apply very smooth, are long-lasting and smudge-proof.

Eye Tech Bold - Black (Retails for $7.49)

I love the bold-thick liner.  Great for doing cat eyes or a more dramatic eye.

These are the sharpenable type.
