Tonight I have for you Part 4 of the Milani COLORstatement Lipsticks & Lipliners. This is the Naturals and Browns Collections. Milani has blown me away with their new collections this year. The Lipliners are long-wearing with an easy glide formula to line and fill lips.

Six of My Favorite Julep Hand and Nail Care Products
Press Sample Purchased by Me Affiliate Link
2. Julep Hand and Cuticle Stick - This product was my skin saver for the drying winter months. I used it more for my cracking knuckles than anything else. It comes in a twist up/down stick (like lip balm but a bigger size) for an easy no-mess application. Ingredients include Vitamins C and E to soothe and nourish, plus a peptide punch to strengthen and repair your skin. Regular price is $22, Maven price is $17.60 for .67oz.
3. Julep Essential Cuticle Oil - This was my first love! A small roller ball applicator that you can take anywhere, easily fits in your purse or makeup bag. I use this product several times a day if needed. Ingredients include an all-natural blend of essential oils and Vitamin E to hydrate and strengthen nails and cuticles. I have no idea how many of these I have been through since I received it when Julep first started receiving their Maven Boxes, but it's one product I won't do without. Regular price is $18, Maven price is $14.40 for .29oz.
4. Julep Acetone Free Conditioning Nail Polish Remover - This acetone-free remover conditions nails while removing polish. It comes in an easy to use pump action bottle. Regular price is $14, Maven price is $11.20 for 4oz.
5. Julep Oxygen Nail Treatment - This was another saver during the winter months and will continue to be all year round. I wash my hands so many times daily because of my dogs and puppies that I need something that works beyond expectations and this product does that for me. Even with the recent litter of puppies, my nails are long and strong right now. Juleps description and instructions: Complete nail care and make-up all in one bottle. Made with a patented Hexanal formulation, nails are restructured to a stronger, thicker, and smoother condition in just one stroke. Advanced plant stem cell complex provides anti-aging benefits, while ground-breaking oxygen technology forms a nonocclusive film on the nail, proving resistant to water penetration and improving the permeability to oxygen. Results are nails that are structurally stronger, and less prone to breakage and splitting. How to use: Apply in layers on clean nails to achieve desired high gloss and subtle “Nail Makeup.” Use once or twice a week regularly to promote strong, healthy nail growth. Big 4 free, Regular price is $18, Maven price $14.40 for .27oz.
Julep has some amazing hand and nail care products out right now and I wanted to share with you my favorites. I thought they deserved their own blog post. It's hard to remember which but some of these products were sent for review and some were purchased by me. No matter what, this is my honest and unbiased opinion on each product and they are here because I love them. Read to the bottom for the latest Julep news.
1. Julep Rock Star Hand Cream - This just came out in last months Maven Box. One thing that I really liked about it was that there is a very light and pleasing scent, nothing overwhelming. It is non-greasy, fast absorbing and anti-aging. Ingredients include shea butter, glycerin, coconut oil and vitamin E that keeps hands hydrated even after washing. Regular price is $20, Maven price is $16 for 3oz.
2. Julep Hand and Cuticle Stick - This product was my skin saver for the drying winter months. I used it more for my cracking knuckles than anything else. 6. Julep Glycolic Hand Scrub - This is a new (maybe re-released product). It smells and works so much better than their previous hand scrub. You can see below my 48 year old hands that I have put through torture (remember that is a macro shot). It contains 10% glycolic acid and after one use, you can really tell a difference. Instructions: Slightly dampen your skin, then use a quarter-sized amount to cleanse and exfoliate, rinse well. Use caution and sunscreen in the sun after using this product as it may make your skin more sensitive. Regular price is $23, Maven price $18.40 for 3oz.

Just when you thought I was finished! Julep announced the April release of the new Mighty Nail & Cuticle Serum...stay tuned for more information about this product, I can't wait to try it!
Kapow! Peptides – super-charged amino acids that build keratin (for your nails) and collagen (for your cuticles) – are our Mighty Nail & Cuticle Serum's secret weapon to transform dry and damaged cuticles almost overnight. Plus, get visibly stronger, smoother nails with fewer ridges and less splitting and brittleness in only 2-3 weeks.
To use: Apply to cuticle area twice daily for two weeks, then once a week for maintenance. This serum is so powerful, you only need one half-turn per hand. Can be used on bare or polished nails. Allow serum to dry completely before applying polish.
Available for purchase March 25, 2013, Regular price is $28, Maven price $22.40 for .09oz.
Now to the good part, I'm not sure if this will be in Aprils Maven Box, but just in case it is (probably will be), now would be a great time to become a Julep Maven or if you are a Maven, don't skip this month! To subscribe go to Become A Julep Maven. Regular price is $19.99, you can change your profile every month, upgrade, unsubscribe, skip a month or gift it. Also, there are lots of codes floating around that you can search for first month free or reduced, I have a 50% off code in my side bar. I would list the codes but since they may be outdated by the time you read this, it would be better to search for the best one that works.
As a Maven, you receive 20% off purchases and also can be a part of their Referral Program to earn free products. If you need any help, please comment or send an email to me at jeanie@midnightmanicures.com, I'll be happy to help you.
