Julie G Gumdrops Collection

This is a collection of fun colored textured polishes, in fact one of my favorites. I never thought I could get use to the finish, and it did take me time to stop rubbing my fingers over it and resist the urge to pick at it. I used 2 coats of polish for each swatch, no underwear or topcoat. Wear time without chips or wear at the tips is about 2-3 days on the ones I have tested. They remove pretty easy, a little harder to take off than regular polishes, but not as bad as most glitter polishes. The brushes were all uniform and made applying easy, the formula was also consistent across the whole collection. Most texture polishes run on the thinner side, but there were no application problems, only me being out of practice.
Julie G Gumdrops Rock Candy - The color of this polish is hard for me to figure out, at first glance it looks teal (with silver sparkles) that leans a little more to the blue side. It reminds me of the popular color used in decorating right now for beach themes...Love it!!! In my top 3 of the collection.
Julie G Gumdrops Tangerine Dream - This polish is probably my favorite of the collection. It is a bright tangerine orange with gold sparkles and if you've followed me long enough, you'll know that I have fallen in love with orange polishes.
Julie G Gumdrops Blueberry Fizz - a Periwinkle blue or is it a blurple? It has silver glitters in it.
Julie G Gumdrops Sugar Rush - a beautiful coral with gold sparkles.
Julie G Gumdrops Crushed Candy - another of my top 3 favorites of the collection. It is a pinkish purple, it really depends on the lighting and how you look at it. It has the silver glittery sparkles.
Julie G Gumdrops Hot Cinnamon - a red hot (like the candies) color with gold sparkles. I know these are named after the famous older candies, but this does look like the Red Hots that are so famous around Valentine's Day.
Anyway, what do you think of this collection of textured polishes? Fun colors right? I am really enjoying them. The Julie G Gumdrops collections were released at Rite Aids and were available for a limited time on the
Jesse's Girl Cosmetics site. I picked up a few extra collections through a Groupon Deal just so I could give away a set to my readers. They retail for $3.99 which is a very good price for the quality!
